Pico de Gallo

Yield: about 2 cups

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1 pound tomatoes, diced

1 Lime or Lemon, juiced

1 onion, small, diced (about ½ cup)

2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

To taste Salt

To taste minced chilis, or hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Place prepared ingredients together in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste, and enjoy with tortilla chips, or as a topping for tacos, enchiladas, tamales, etc.
